 Therma-Shield 500 Series
The 500 series door sections are designed to meet a tight budget. That’s what makes these doors great for large projects, townhomes, or simply replacing old and tired doors with a fresh look.
Available in a Traditional 14” x 20” raised panel design or 15” x 42” ranch raised panel design to compliment any architecture.

Each door is guaranteed against rust and corrosion with a maintenance free baked-on polyester enamel mill finish. Manufactured with a superior 25GA hot-dipped galvanized pre-painted steel, our 500 series sections are 2” thick and have a woodgrain embossed texture with hemmed edge for safety and strength.
An Effective tongue and groove weather-joint system, adjustable aluminum retainer and optional cold weather vinyl seal provide protection from the elements.
Panel sizes to suit your architecture:
- Model 501: Short (Traditional) panel, Non insulated.
- Model 502: Long (Ranch) panel, Non insulated.
- Model 511: Short panel, ¾” insulation
- Model 512: Long Panel, Semi-Insulated
The 511/512 series comes with textured vinyl-backed polystyrene
Insulation which is bonded to each section to provide quiet, energy-efficient
operation. Calculated R-value: 4.3 provides protection form the elements.
